จากอาการ Error P07 ของ Canon Pixma E500  ก็จะเป็น อาการเดียวกับ Canon Mp287 นั่นก็คือ อาการ ซับหมึกเต็ม ก็จะ ต้องทำงาน เคลียซับหมึก ก่อนถึงจะทำงานได้ ส่วนการเคลียซับหมึก นั้น ก็จะทำตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้

ก่อนอื่นให้เข้า Service Mode


ปิดเครื่อง

ให้กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset ค้างไว้ แล้วก็กดปุ่ม On เพื่อทำการเปิดเครื่อง

ให้ปล่อยมือจากปุ่ม Stop/Reset ในขณะที่ปุ่ม ON ยังกดค้างอยู่

จากนั้นกดปุ่ม Stop/Reset อีก 5 ครั้งต่อเนื่อง เสร็จแล้วปล่อยมือจากทั้งสองปุ่ม

ไฟจะขึ้นสีเขียวจะกระพริบที่ปุ่ม A4 Plain Paper


 

 

Download Service Tool  E500

 

 

หลังจาก ดาวโหลด Service Tool มาแล้ว ให้ทำตามขึ้นตอน ดังนี้


ให้โปรแกรม Service Tool ขึ้นมา แล้วเตรียมกระดาษไว้สักสอง 2 แผ่น จักนั้น ให้ทำตามขั้นตอน








ที่ส่วนของ Clear Ink Counter หลังคำว่า Absorber ให้เลือก Main_Black แล้วคลิก Set

จะขึ้น A fucntion was finished ให้ตอบ OK










 



ที่ส่วนของ Ink Absorber Counter หลังคำว่า Absorber ให้เลือก Main_Color แล้วคลิก Set

และจะขึ้น A fucntion was finished ให้ตอบ OK









 

 







ไปที่แท็ป Auto ด้านบน

กดที่ Start

จะขึ้น Check Finished ให้ตอบ OK




 



 

 





เครื่องพิมพ์จะพิมพ์ มีข้อความที่ด้านบนประมาณว่า “E500 M=V1.050 USB= (C012B6)”

จากนั้นให้ปิดเครื่อง แล้วเปิดใหม่อีกครั้ง

เสร็จสิ้น
